Community Services Specialists are based in Adams, Blackford,
Huntington, Jay, Randolph and Wells Counties and work to identify people
in need of services. Specialists initiate the application process
and determine eligibility for various agency or community programs. Once
eligibility is determined, referrals are made to the agency/program
providing appropriate services.
Specialists make available public information about all assistance
provided by Community & Family Services, Inc. and referral to
other sources.
In 1997, the agency refocused efforts to
provide case management and transition services for former welfare
clients. |
