Emergency Assistance for utilities, housing, health
care and transportation are provided at agency offices to the
maximum extent possible. Federal Emergency Management Assistance (FEMA)
funds provide emergency assistance to low-income clients. This
program can provide rent or mortgage payments and
utility assistance. Local county boards oversee this program. |
