Community and Family Services largest geographic county features four Head Start centers in different communities, Winchester, Union City, Parker City and Lynn.  In August 2003, the agency joined other government agencies and social services organizations in a newly-renovated Winchester facility called the Randolph County Center for Family Opportunity.
