The Woman, Infant &
Children (WIC) Program is a supplemental food and
nutritional program that provides health assessment,
nutrition education, food for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers,
women with infants under six months of age, and
children under five years of age. Participants receive
food packages of nutritious foods such as milk, eggs, beans,
peanut butter, cereal and juices. Infants who are not
breastfed receive iron fortified formula. |

serves Adams, Blackford, Huntington, Jay, Randolph and Wells
Counties. |
